3 x 2 Mile

Objective : 3 x 2 mile

Recovery : 400 jog recovery

Keenyans : Me, Greg, James, Boj, Chris, Bryce, and Mason

Result :

519 / 515 = 10:34
503 / 455 = 9:58
502 / 225 = half mile short (pulled the plug I was getting too excited)

Overview :  I feel good about the workout.  I wanted to do the last set the same as the first but I have yet to master this drill.  I am still happy about it though.  I am looking forward to getting strong and having a good spring.  The other guys looked good too.
